Then, we ask questions... in order to quickly understand your business, and to begin the process of defining your message. During a short meeting that can touch on background issues and current topics, TPM hones in on the critical points to be researched, organized, and distilled into a concise and stimulating message.

Next, TPM develops a creative proposal, an estimate of costs, and the media options that will best get the message across. These items are presented for client review.

Upon approval, and depending on the method of delivery, a team that can include writers, designers, directors and/or programmers begins developing the content and structuring the message. While this can involve some meeting time with the client for information and approvals, keeping these meetings to a minimum is a key area of TPM expertise.

The power of digital media, combined with an open attitude, allows for flexibility and fine-tuning in a way that would have been impossible only a few years ago. Close contact is maintained with the client, and input is welcomed at all stages, all without intruding on the time you need to run your business.

All projects receive painstaking attention to detail – whether it's an executive speech, an e-commerce website or a customer service training program.

TPM. We listen. We plan. We execute. We get the message across.
